Bookings must be cancelled in writing 14 days in advance of your arrival date and then confirmed by us ,other wise Full charges for the Room will apply .
Deposits are non-refundable.
Please note that once a reservation has been made any changes (such as a reduction of days or changes of dates or change of room type) is deemed a cancellation of the original reservation and as such the deposit is forfeited – the application of it to the altered booking is entirely at our discretion.
Changes such as additional days are not deemed cancellations and therefore if the accommodation is available the deposit is carried forward.
In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 14 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged. If you are concerned about the possibility of cancellation you are advised to take out Travel Insurance.
A deposit by Credit, Debit or Charge Card is normally required. Cheques can also be accepted.
Bookings must be guaranteed by Credit, Debit or Charge Card.
At Weekends there is normally a requirement for a minimum of 2 nights stays. However please ask for availability of 1 night stays.
During August and New Year a minimum 2 Nights Stays is normally required.
Standard Check-in is from 4.30pm and if possible no later than 8pm (20.00) please call if you are intending to arrive later. For pre-advised and unavoidable arrivals after 20.00 – arrangements can be put in place. For arrivals before 3pm (15.00) luggage can be stored.
Check out is by 10.30am
The white house is a no – smoking house – both bedrooms and public areas and of course dining room. Thank you!
Pets. Although we appreciate our animal friends – pets are not allowed at The White House. Sorry!
Any damage incurred by a guest in the house or grounds will be charged to them
All personal items must be put away for the room to be cleaned nothing of a personal nature to be left on the bed
