You will be staying in a 4 star B&B with Some 5 Star Extras , so in comparison For value  , Choice of Menu , Quality and Service  there would not be many camparable B&B s in the Area who could Match us , prices start as low as £35.00 per person per night with two people sharing a Double or Twin Room

Private off-road parking at the rear of the house.

All of our rooms are equipped with Hair dyers , Welcoming Trays, Flat Screen TV’s and a few other Little surprises.

There is free WiFi  for your own laptop.

Prices for single rooms on application

The Rates for The State Room  en suite Jacuzzi Bath/Shower start at £75/85 per night per couple, depending on lenth of stay and include breakfast.

The Abraham Lincoln and the Thamas Jefferson (both double Rooms with en suite showers), and JFK Room ( a Twin Room en suite with Shower)start at £65 depending on lenth of stay and includes breakfast

Prices are depending on length of stay and if breakfast is required.

The Rate for the Deluxe State Room (Double ) with en suite Jacuzzi Bath/Shower
is available on request

 

For the special occasion we can provide Flowers, Chocolates,
Fruit, Wine, Champagne on your arrival.

Reservations – Deposits

To make a reservation, £50 per room is required,(non refundable).

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation with less than 14 days from arrival, the full rate of the booking may be charged if we are unable to re-let the room. Deposits are non-refundable.

Arrivals – departures

Your accommodation will be available for occupation from 4.30pm unless otherwise arranged.
Check out time is 10.30am
